Can I Be in the Fandom Now?

I finally caved and started watching Steven Universe some time ago. I fell in love with it instantly!  I really wanted to draw myself as a gem, but I had to step back and say, "You're not cool enough man."  I instead chose to draw this and in the process I realized something, have you guys ever seen how BEAUTIFUL the backgrounds are?! They're gorgeous!  I think I started drawing a gemsona for someone at some point, but I have to color it so it makes a bit more sense.
